Ingredients:
All organic:
Chamomile, Skullcap, Catnip,, Passionflower, Ashwagandha, Lemon Balm, Lavender, Hops

Taste Profile:
Soft, floral, and slightly sweet with hints of lavender and lemon balm. Chamomile brings warmth, while catnip and passionflower add a gentle green base. Think herbal lullaby—with depth. Naturally caffeine-free.

  • Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) – A classic bedtime herb known for calming digestion, easing tension, and inviting rest.

  • Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) – Historically used to quiet mental chatter and support the nervous system during stress.

  • Catnip (Nepeta cataria) – A gentle nervine traditionally used to promote relaxation and settle restlessness.

  • Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) – Often used to calm the mind, reduce circular thoughts, and support deep sleep.
