At Outlaws Apothecary, everything is handmade in small batches with care.

We want you to be happy with your order, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

• Used, opened, or custom-made items cannot be returned

• Perishable, herbal, skincare, or bath products must be unopened for safety reasons

How to Request a Return

Email us at hello@theoutlawsapothecary.com with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you’d like to return

• A brief note about the issue

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll take care of it right away.
